At MODMYPLATES, every magnetic number plate is custom-made with precision and care. Please review our shipping policy below to understand processing and delivery timelines.


1. Order Processing Time

All orders are custom-manufactured after confirmation.

Processing Time:

  • 1–3 business days for production and quality check

Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.

Once your order is ready, it will be dispatched immediately.


2. Shipping Time

Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch:

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
  • Other Cities & Towns: 4–8 business days
  • Remote Areas: 5–10 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on courier service availability and regional logistics conditions.


3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery location
  • Order size/weight
  • Selected shipping method (if applicable)

Any promotional free-shipping offers will be displayed during checkout.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via:

  • Email
  • WhatsApp / SMS (if provided)

Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to reflect after dispatch.


5. Delivery Delays

Delivery may occasionally be delayed due to:

  • Courier partner operational issues
  • Weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • Unexpected regional restrictions

MODMYPLATES is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services, but we will assist in resolving issues wherever possible.


6. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

If incorrect or incomplete information is provided:

  • Delivery delays may occur
  • Re-shipping charges may apply
  • MODMYPLATES is not liable for lost shipments due to incorrect address submission


7. Damaged Shipment

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Do not install or use the product
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share clear photos/videos of package and product

Our team will review and assist with replacement if eligible.


8. International Shipping

Currently, MODMYPLATES ships only within India.

International shipping may be introduced in the future.
