At MODMYPLATES, every product is custom-made with precision and quality checks. Since our products are personalized, please read our refund and return policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Custom Orders

All custom magnetic number plates are made specifically according to the details provided by the customer.

Because of this, customized products cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once production has started.

Please ensure all number plate details, spelling, font, and specifications are correct before confirming your order.


2. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order, provided production has not started.

Once manufacturing begins, cancellation is not possible.


3. Damaged / Incorrect Product

If you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • Incorrect customization
  • Missing items

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Clear photos/videos of the product
  • Order number
  • Description of the issue

After verification, MODMYPLATES will offer:

  • Free replacement, or
  • Store credit / refund (if replacement is not possible)


4. No Refund Cases

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Incorrect details submitted by customer
  • Minor color/finish variations due to screen display differences
  • Delays caused by courier companies
  • Damage caused after installation or misuse


5. Return Eligibility

Returns are only accepted if:

  • Product arrives defective
  • Wrong product was delivered

Returned items must be:

  • Unused
  • In original packaging
  • Approved by our support team before return shipping

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.


6. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Bank/payment gateway timelines may vary.


7. Replacement Shipping

If the return/replacement is due to our error, shipping will be covered by MODMYPLATES.

If not approved as our fault, shipping costs are non-refundable.
