Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped. Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

Refunds

As our products are custom-made and manufactured specifically for each order, we do not offer refunds once the order has been processed or delivered.

Refunds will only be considered in the following cases:

• Wrong product delivered

• Damaged product received

• Missing items in the package

Replacement Policy

If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Order number

• Clear photos/videos of the issue

After verification, we will provide a replacement if eligible.

Non-Eligible Cases

Refunds or replacements will not be applicable for:

• Minor color/design differences due to screen display

• Incorrect details provided by the customer

• Normal wear and tear

• Delays caused by courier partners

Return Shipping

In eligible replacement cases, return instructions will be shared by our support team if required.
